How it works

Four steps, and you approve before anything is made.

  1. Step 1: Design

Send a logo, a sketch, a photo or just an idea. A pin specialist turns it into a pin design.

  2. Step 2: Approve the proof

You see a proof of your pin and ask for any change you like before anything is made.

  3. Step 3: Made

Your pins are made to the proof you approved, to the size and count you chose.

  4. Step 4: In hand

In your hands on or before the date we promise.

Included: the design, every proof until you are happy, the mold and shipping.

What a team manager told us

I have had the pleasure of working with Bob on pins for multiple sports teams. He is incredibly easy to work with. First off, he is extremely knowledgeable about pin trading tournaments and how they work. Bob also always has a handle on the timeline required for designing and ordering pins. Most importantly, Bob is so talented at helping with the design and construction of pins; the kids LOVED being able to participate in the process, and once I sent those designs to Bob, he was able to take their ideas and bring them to life. Finally, Bob offered practical advice about sizing and pricing, which again speaks to how much experience he has in doing this.

Start with your team’s name and a date.
