What we do with your information

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your team or organization, and whatever you tell us about the tournament, your roster and the pins you have in mind. If you use the calculator, the quantity and options it worked out come with it.

If you tell us about a tournament that is not on our list, we keep what you give us about it - its name, dates, place, and who runs it if you know - so we can add it for the next team. That may include the organizer’s name and email, which we use only to contact them about the tournament.

If you press Send on the order form and it does not go through - a box still needs filling in, or the connection drops - we are told your name, email address, team and tournament, and which boxes stopped you, so we can help you finish. Never your message, your files or your address.

You do not create an account and there is no password. We never ask for one.

Artwork, logos, photographs of drawings and anything else you upload go straight from your browser into a private folder on our Google Drive. They do not pass through this website’s servers.

Your confirmation email contains a private link back to that folder so you can add more later. Anyone holding that link can open it — it is how we avoid making you invent a password — so treat it like a key and only share it with people who should see your artwork.

We do not publish customer artwork, and we never put a child’s drawing on this site or anywhere else without asking a parent first.

Your inquiry and your order are kept in our own order system, which runs on Supabase and Google Drive, and they are emailed to us through Google Workspace. Payments go through Square, and this site runs on Vercel. Those companies process the information on our behalf. When your pins ship straight to you, the company that makes them sees your name and shipping address, and nothing else about you. Nobody else receives it.

When a team orders engraved pins, we keep the names or numbers you give us to engrave, share them with the company that makes the pins only so it can engrave them, and delete them once your pins are delivered, or when the order or that pin is cancelled.

If you tell us whether this is your player’s first or second year at this level, we keep that answer with your email address so we can write to you before next season. It is optional, and we never ask for a child’s name or birth date for it.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless — it does not follow you between sites, does not build a profile, and we run no advertising or social media trackers. This site sets no cookies of its own.

On your own order page we also keep a note of what you do there - which pin you open, whether you pressed Approve and whether it went through, whether a file finished uploading - with the address you signed in with, so we can see where the page gets in your way and fix it. Never what you type.

We keep your inquiry and your artwork for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards as part of our business records — which is genuinely useful to you, because it is what makes reordering next season a two-minute conversation instead of starting again.

If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.
