Tournaments we make pins for, and about when to order

Fourteen 2026-27 pin-trading tournaments we have worked with — Fargo, Blaine, Bloomington, Quebec and more. Yours not here? The same planner works for any tournament. Pick one below for your approximate order date and your quantity in about ten seconds. Start your pin with us and we will confirm yours.

Fargo Youth Hockey team? Your tournaments and deadlines are on your own page. Playing Squirtacular? Start on the Squirtacular pins page.

Then send us the form with as much as you know. Anything you are unsure of, leave it — we will talk it through with you afterwards, and nothing is settled until you say so.

Pick your tournament above and we will give you about when to order, how many pins to bring for your roster, and an estimate of what they will cost.

Tournament not on the list? Choose “My tournament is not on the list” at the bottom of it and tell us when and where.

What a team manager said

“I have had the pleasure of working with Bob on pins for multiple sports teams. He is incredibly easy to work with. First off, he is extremely knowledgeable about pin trading tournaments and how they work. Bob also always has a handle on the timeline required for designing and ordering pins. Most importantly, Bob is so talented at helping with the design and construction of pins; the kids LOVED being able to participate in the process, and once I sent those designs to Bob, he was able to take their ideas and bring them to life. Finally, Bob offered practical advice about sizing and pricing, which again speaks to how much experience he has in doing this.”

Come with an idea, even a rough one

The quote is the quick part. What takes the time is working out what the pin should look like, so anything you bring shortens it — a logo, a photo of last year’s pin, your kid’s drawing on the back of a homework sheet.

You can also make a picture with a free AI tool and send us that. It takes about two minutes, there is nothing to install, and it is a genuinely good way to show us what is in your head. We wrote the instructions, including the wording to paste in.

Whatever you send is a starting point, not the pin. We turn it into a production-ready design and you approve a real proof before anything is made. And if you have no idea yet, that is completely fine — most people don’t. Say a bit about the team and we’ll come back with something.

Get this off your list

Tell us the tournament and the roster size. We reply by email within 3 business days — usually sooner. Send artwork or an AI concept with the form and your quote comes back faster. Starting one doesn’t commit you to anything, and we’ll start the design from whatever you’ve got — a logo, a photo of last year’s pin, an AI picture you made, your kid’s drawing, or a few sentences describing it.
