Most teams trade 20 to 30+ pins a player. A travel tournament with teams from out of the area. Trading is a real part of the weekend. This is advice, not a rule. Assumes coaches trade too, at the same rate as the players.

The tournament
When do you need them?

We plan to have them in your hands at least a week before your tournament.

Leave it blank and we plan for a week before your tournament.

A little room lets us ship a slower, cheaper way.

For example: a second round needed by January 21. We'll set each round up as it comes.

Where should we ship them?

Shipping is included. A street address, not a P.O. box.

Describe your pin

Artwork is best - attach it below. No artwork yet? Then tell us here what goes on the pin: the mascot or logo, the words, the colors. One or the other is what our designer draws your proof from.

Pantone numbers if you know them, like 286 C - or just navy, gold and white.

Preferred - it gets you the most accurate first proof. Any file works: a logo, a picture you made with an AI tool, a photo of last year's pin, or a phone photo of your kid's drawing. All of it is a starting point, not the finished pin. No file? Describe the pin above instead.

Tax-exempt certificate

Optional. If your association is tax-exempt, attach its certificate (in Minnesota, Form ST3). We keep it on file for all your orders, and you can add it later on your order page.

    Small orders are welcome. We will tell you honestly what they cost.
